Last few hours of sailing before reaching Chongqing. The scenery has become much more industrial and a major increase in air pollution.
We reach the city of Chongqing (population 11.24 million,2010) and disembark. It looks like an interesting city to explore but we are going to the zoo, much to the delight of Panda lovers (Carolyn). Lots of animals in this zoo and locals practice their Tai Chi in any spare space. But it is the Pandas we came to see and they did not disappoint.
Lunch then to the Airport for our second flight, this time to Xi'an.
We arrive in Xi'an just in time for dinner. Yep another Banquet, I have not mentioned the meals. Every lunch and Dinner has been a 7 course meal traditional for that area, a strain on some but I have loved them. Lunch was a Hot Potch, dinner Noodle dishes.
